A few people wanted to know what I sound like, and here it is. A VERY boring read of some notes for a future video I will be doing. Sorry, yes I am from Newcastle but I don’t sound geordie at all. I just needed to test the sound of the 7D, and how to edit the audio in Movie Maker, while making cuts with images. It’s confusing! I use’d to use Avid and FCP a few years ago, and can’t remember any of it.
The fact that you can use pretty much use any kind of PC, MAC, or laptop as a monitor for your dslr these days is awesome. I’m practicing on making vlogs for a project later in the year, and having a monitor makes things so much easier. Canon, you’re doing it right.

I miss using this thing. Such fun, and pain at the same time. This is was on the 5x4’s from Newcastle College. They had a great selection of cameras there for students to take out for a couple days. I nearly had one of these for my birthday, got a Canon 30D instead. I was very spoiled by my girlfriend at the time.

Went for another walk today in the snow. No idea how long it’s going to be around, so taking every chance I can to walk around in it. It’s been snowing a week straight in Newcastle, a first in such a long time.
